A prospective buyer thinking through her homebuying questions

You don't need every answer before you begin.

Does this sound familiar?

The hardest part may be figuring out where to start.

Buying in Los Angeles is genuinely challenging. But uncertainty makes the obstacles feel permanent. They're not.

I make decent money, but Los Angeles still feels impossible.
I don't know what I can realistically afford.
My credit or savings may not be good enough.
I look at homes online, but I don't have a real plan.
I don't want to ask because I don't want to be sold to.

If one of those sounds like you, you are exactly where this should begin.

Before you begin

A few things you'll probably want to know.

Here's what happens before you share anything.

Does this check my credit?

No. We do not pull your credit. The report uses only the answers you provide.

Do I need good credit or a large down payment?

No. That's part of what this is for. If you don't know yet, say that. It's still a useful starting point.

Is this a mortgage pre-approval?

No. It helps you understand where you stand and what to ask next. Only a licensed lender can determine what you may qualify to borrow.

When will I get my report?

We'll email your personalized Homebuyer Readiness Report within 15 minutes of submission.

Will someone call me immediately?

No. You get your starting point first. If you want help with what it means, Aamber or Ken can talk it through with you.

Is it free, and how long does it take?

Yes. It's free, takes about three minutes, and there's no obligation to work with us afterward.

Privacy Notice

Effective and last updated: September 25, 2026

This notice explains how Cambree Realty Advisors, Inc. ("Cambree," "we," "us") handles information collected through this Homebuyer Readiness funnel, its related questionnaires, and communications about the services requested here.

1. Information collected and why

  • Contact information: The name, email address, telephone number, and location details you provide let us deliver your report, answer questions, and provide requested real estate assistance.
  • Homebuying information: Your self-reported credit range, down payment or savings, employment, financing status, cash-buyer status, purchase timeline, preferences, and other answers help us prepare your readiness score, report, resources, and suggested next steps.
  • Communications and preferences: Messages, requests, consent choices, and opt-outs help us respond, respect your choices, and maintain records of our interactions.
  • Technical information: Our website, form, hosting, and delivery providers may receive IP addresses, browser and device information, page activity, timestamps, and cookie or similar identifiers to display the site, operate forms, deliver communications, troubleshoot, and protect the service.

Information comes from you, your interactions with this site, and the providers supporting those interactions. Our report process uses automated scoring and may use AI-assisted tools to summarize your answers and produce educational guidance. It does not make lending, housing eligibility, or credit decisions. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account credentials, identity documents, or medical information through this funnel.

2. How information is used and disclosed

We use information for the purposes above and for related security, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. Cambree personnel and providers supporting website hosting, forms, customer relationship management, report generation, and email or message delivery may process the information needed for those functions.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not give your details to lenders, other agents, or referral partners for their independent marketing without your permission. If you request an introduction, we ask for permission before providing your information. You may choose your own professional.

We may disclose information when required by law, a valid legal process, or to protect against fraud or security threats. A privacy notice does not authorize unrelated uses or waive your rights.

3. Your communication choices

Submitting the report request allows us to send the requested report and respond about that request. Marketing calls or texts requiring consent are subject to a separate choice; reading this notice is not that consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails, reply STOP to marketing texts you elected to receive, or contact us to change your preferences. Opting out of marketing does not prevent you from requesting real estate assistance.

4. Retention

We retain contact information, questionnaire answers, and reports only as reasonably needed to provide the requested report, address follow-up requests, and support an ongoing relationship you choose. For messages and consent records, we consider the need to honor opt-outs, document permissions, and resolve disputes. For technical records, we consider operational and security needs. Applicable recordkeeping requirements or legal claims may require longer retention. You may request deletion, subject to those exceptions.

5. Cookies, embedded services, and browser signals

This page uses third-party hosting, embedded forms, fonts, and images. Those providers may receive technical information when your browser loads their content and may use cookies or similar technologies. Their own privacy notices also apply to their independent processing. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although some features may not work.

This funnel does not change its operation in response to the older browser Do Not Track setting. Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a separate opt-out preference signal. Our policy against selling or sharing information for cross-context behavioral advertising applies whether or not you enable GPC. We do not authorize providers to use your submitted lead information for their independent advertising.

6. California privacy rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, including whether the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to Cambree, California residents may have rights to know and access personal information, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. Applicable exceptions may limit a request. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

To ask about, review, correct, or request deletion of your information, email [email protected] or call (310) 345-7096. An authorized agent may contact us on your behalf. We may request reasonable identity verification or proof of authorization before disclosing or changing records. Please do not email identity documents unless we arrange an appropriate method. We respond within applicable legal deadlines. Contact us for an accessible alternative format.

7. Children and changes to this notice

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.

We will post updates here with a revised date and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Before using information for a materially different purpose, we will provide the notice and obtain any consent required by law.
